All Pinfinder Club sales are final. We cannot offer a return unless:

  1. The Product(s) does not match the order, or
  2. The Product(s) is defective or damaged

If the Product(s) delivered do not match your order, please contact us via email: outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the Product(s) at issue. Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the order has a problem relating to the quality of the Product(s) such as a defect or damage, then a photograph, as well as a description of the problem, should be emailed to for our Customer Service Team to assess.

We cannot take any action on an order until the Product(s) are returned and arrive at Pinfinder Club for inspection. Upon receipt of the Product(s), a thorough assessment will take place in which Pinfinder Club will make the determination as to the suitability of the Product(s) returned.

Upon completion of the inspection, if the problem relates to a defective or damaged Product(s), Pinfinder Club may offer a replacement of the Product(s). If the Product(s) is no longer in stock, Pinfinder Club may offer store credit for future purchases.

A refund will only be offered if an order is canceled prior to shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at as soon as possible. Please include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.



Failure to inform Pinfinder Club of a problem within 7 days of receiving the Product(s) will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.



Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver Product(s), nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Pinfinder Club or any agent acting on behalf of Pinfinder Club.


All invoices are payable immediately. Pinfinder Club accepts payments from all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and AmazonPayment.



For domestic purchases, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Please note that these are only estimated delivery times and are not a guarantee of which day your order will be delivered. The estimated delivery time shown does not include weekends and holidays.

For international purchases, the delivery may vary depending on the country you are purchasing from.
